|  | | | Hey Everyone. I've been a casual UEer for some time now. I went to visit Lister Block in Hamilton for the first time, with the intensions of exploring the whole thing. However the place looks pretty boarded up. Plus we were stopped by a security officer in the parking lot behind the building who was watching from his car. I was surprised because we went at a very late hour. So We just left. Maybe next time. Is there any way I can get some entry info. I know it cant be on the forums but is there anyone that can PM me the details. Thanks.

Oh, he had a car? During the summer it was some Pakistani dude who spoke really bad english who they put there for a 12 hour shift with a G4 dress shirt -- tucked into jeans.
Looks like they have moved it up a notch. Access used to be easy (stairs leading to the roof), but they are no longer there. It might open up soon, there is some development brewing for the place. Keep your eye on it.

But, yes. Access is possible. You have to be resourceful, or know how to get in.. once you do that, it's quite easy.. but it's also about timing, since security will pounce on you. Just be advised, he does leave.
On Saturday, I hung around in the back lot, just admiring how alone and desolate Lister looked in fog.. he was ready to get out of his van and kick us out, but we were just standing, so he let it be.. he did jot it down in his log book.
Oh, and gg LIUNA. 9 years later, you're finally preventing people from getting in.

| | | | Yah, Lister isn't possible anymore unless you know the guard's routine. I'm not divulging this, you'll have to find out yourself. I don't mean to be an ass, but in recent years I've given out Lister info WAY too easily and it has resulted in things that suck.
Best idea is to visit often, try weekends late at night. When the guard is not around you should have free roam of the area he usually patrols. Keep your eye out and you should find the way in.
