People go there to walk their dogs, but other than that it's mostly deserted. It's the Congressional Cemetary and lots of semi-famous people and statesmen are buried there. Kinda like Arlington cemetary, only it was maintained via subscription and when people stopped getting buried there and their relatives died off, the funds dried up. Kinda cool actually. It's very big, and includes J. Edgar Hoover's grave. Worth a look, though not really "haunted" per se.
