I like. May have something to do with a greenhouse being my first UE and my first time being caught.

A mirage is not an optical illusion. It is a real phenomenon, and one can take photographs of it. The interpretation of the image, however, is up to the fantasy of the human mind.

As much as the place may have been a cool location, the photos aren't doing it for me. Since you want honesty, and you posted in the photo critique board, here goes...
1-3 are good for showing the overall place, but for a more artsy approach you could have gotten close-ups of maybe some of those water fixtures or focused in on a single subject.
4 would have been more interesting if you had shown the whole door and not put it smack in the center. The door looks like it may also have had some interesting hardware - get up close to that wood and show me some texture, and color.
5. I'm not really sure what that is.
6. Good for bob, that small window looks very interesting, get up close to it and show me what's growing around it and make me wonder what's inside it.
The last few don't do it for me because of the flash, I'm a big fan of naturally found light. You could also try painting in the light with a flashlight using a very long exposure.

Just keep shooting and shooting, then shoot some more.

1. I like this one. The fuzziness of the shots adds to the mystery.

2 - 3. there is nothing here for me to focus my attention on.

4. Fun door but I wish I could see the rest of it

5. I'm not sure what that think is, there isn't enough contrast in the photo to distinguish it from the rest of the photo you also have two doorways cut off on both sides of the photograph. To me those are more interesting than the thing in the center but the doors are cut off. It also gives me two point of interest on opposite sides of the photo with nothing joining them together

6. I see the paint but the trees on the top are cut off and so it the doorway at the bottom.

7. The color is too orange, I'm not sure if you used a flash here but whatever it its it destoyed the color in the photo.

8. Flashes flatten everything out, never use a flash.

9. There is an arrow on the door which is interesting but an arrow naturally leads your eyes so I want to find something to the left of the arrow but there isn't anything there.

The world is not nearly as scary as the TV makes it out to be.

I like #1. Something about the dead brush against that blue sky. It kind of looks like an evil tunnel or something. Just a cool effect.

As for the rest, frankly they look like something I would shoot. Just kind of snap-shottish. If you look at the really skilled photographers on this site, they all have a completely different eye for angles and lines. Look back at some of the other threads around here from Eats Too Much Jam, Desmet, Leviathan and the like, you'll see what I mean.

I have changed my personal exploring ethics code. From now on it will be: "Take only aimed shots, leave only hobo corpses." Copper scrappers, meth heads and homeless beware. The Jonsered cometh among you, bringing fear and dread.

I think #1 has some real potential. If you get the chance to go back on another clear day and try lots of different shots you might come up with something really phenomenal.

They others shots just seem like random snapshots of a mediocre location. I don't mean to be discouraging though, keep trying!

The first one is great. It's not a greenhouse anymore, its a vinehouse. The toilet one is good too, just because its a toilet. Lots of people seem to like taking pictures of electrical outlets, I say no to receptacles and yes to toilets.
