Not Pullman specifically, and not recently. A couple of members of the Phone Losers of Washington (e.g., El_Gordo_Uno) were, I believe, Eastern Washington UEers, and one (I forget who) attended WSU a few years back, but I never caught word of any Pullman exploits while he was there. Posted by Shard I'm going to have to find some access points of my own. I suspect "access points of your own" accounts for all of them now I haven't been down in nearly a decade.
