|  | | | I've driven past this place dozens of times... it's a rickety old farmhouse with a separate garage or something near the rear. From a side road you can also see a small greenhouse in very bad shape.

The nearby farmland is still being used, but I think it's owned by Shouldice Farms (they sell produce on an adjacent lot).
I've never seen any vehicles or signs of life... It looks abandoned, at least from the road. Anybody know it, or know its status?

| | | | Never heard about it, but why don't you go and scout it out! Another thing you could do is look it up on the tax roll at city hall. Get the address, and you're set.

Go to city hall, ask where you can go look up the property tax records for a certain site, it's all free and public information. The clerks will be happy to lend you a hand. It'll tell you the last time property tax was paid on the property and who owns it.

Look along Woodroffe just before Prince of Wales In the Bar-b-que Haven area. There is a couple of houses there to poke you head into that are relatively safe. Lots of construction in that area, so they'll be gone soon.

| | | | just a lil more south on richmond I found this place, it looked uninhabited from the road but upon pulling in there are cars parked in the rear. could be parking for the farm guys down in the distance but doubtful.

| | | | The place is vacant. Its owned by the NCC, there is a small ID tag on the front corner of the building. Mail in teh mailbox is from early September 2006 and is mostly addressed Ad-mail/junkmail. Feel free to poke around the place. I doubt it has an alarm. The drive shed and, attached to the house, cool room are open, not much to see in them. The interior of the house looks farly clean but as a turn of the 20th century farm house has some nice fixtures.
The little greenhouse/gardenshed is neat looking with the vines.
