Old Dupont Buildings in DE

Anyone ever been to these? They're near a river (don't know which one). Sorry for the lack of location. I used to see these while driving by them. To the best of my knowledge they're old brick buildings that have several stories and most of the windows are boarded up. Although I haven't been by there in a while, they might have demolished them. Once I get my license I'm going to check it out but unitl then I just wanted to see if you guys had been there.

Could they be on the Branywine River around Alapocus (sp). I think I know of where you are talking about I've had some friends go into some. I know that if it is on an active DuPont site security is bad... But if you are talking about where I'm thinking then you are good.

No. I know what you're talking about though. The Dupont buildings around alapocus are active work buildings. I actually go to school around there. If security is bad it might be a good location for a active UE. What I'm talking about is out in Hockessin. I don't know the exact location for sure. It might be part of the Dupont mills? I'm not sure.

What about the ones in Gibbstown across the river from PHL? They seem to be inactive. Are they accessible?

It does look like it's being dismantled. However it's a mile from an oil refinery, across the river from Boeing, and across the river from the airport. Don't be surprised if you get tagged. As for an active chemical plants, even you do get away with it, where are you going to post the pics? These are all 911 hot spots and they are silly serious about this.

Just when I thought I was out... they pulled me back in.
