The roof access starts inside a maintenance closet in the building and has four separate tiers with ladders connecting each. When I got to the top the hatch to the roof would only open a few inches but I could see out from the last tier through a small screen. I'll have to devise a method get the hatch open and return again later. Here are a couple pictures. This was right above the drop ceiling. In this shot you can see the ladder coming from the maintenance closet and the ladder going to the first tier. The Ladder going to the second tier. The door to the roof that wouldn't open.
