Does anyone know of any abandoned hospitals/asylums in the NYC area? The closest one I know of is out in Danbury, CT. I gather there might be at least one in the Westchester-White Plains-Brewster area, might I be correct?

Cheers.

Shea Stadium? I hear they've been going crazy lately. jk.

Google link: http://www.google....+asylums+abandoned

Can't really spoon feed much more than that. Stick around and become a full member, UEDB is a sweet tool.

Leave only footprints, take only pictures... unless its like really cool.

Don't bother with Hudson, It's locked down and you will prolly kill yourself. It's dangerous not to mention the constant police surveillance as of now.

There is like a handfull of people who think they are the Asylum police or something speading rumors about hudson being fort nox. They are just trying to hoarde there precious little hospital. Don't listen to them, talk to someone not affiliated with this forum and you will find Hudson is as Easy/hard as any other Asylum. I know plenty of people who are still getting in and haven't seen cop or for that matter guard one during there stay

PM me if you need any real info

In NYC area? Creedmoor State hospital. Very tight though. Almost all abandoned buildings have been renovated and reused (rare to see THAT many reused). Out on li, pilgrim, kp (don't waste your time) and ci (fun if you can find your way in 7, L3, 127-128, Robbins Hall and 204).

I might be out that way next month. Do I dare? I am new but if someone want to help me out that would be cool.

Is there someone that I can write to for permission? What do they do if you get caught? I am no druggie or drunken fool.

I would expect a stern warning or or told to never come back. Are there homeless living in there too? I read about the place in kalamazoo and it sort of freaks me out.

I only tell people what I think of them to their faces. Takes more guts to do that. The internet seems to make people feel much tougher or bigger then they are in a normal one on one live situation.

I guess Ill give it a shot. I have to get started somewhere. I will be at the poughkeepsie Holiday inn Aug 10th through the 14th I see on my map that Hudson is very close by. Ill just play dumb if I get caught.
Homeless dont scare me. just cops. Ill have all afternoon on that Saturday to scope it out.

Ill be out there for some company related stuff I dont think with my age and how I look that Ill get to much trouble.

If anyone wants to meet me let me know. Should be a lot of fun.
