It is on the coast, under a dune, and at this point in time, is being renovated into a tourist trap tour thing... There is also an armory building nearby this site that is accessible if you are persistent. This bunker was used to house the headquarters for spotting and destroying german U-Boats during world war two, and it guarded the mouth of the Delaware Bay. At the end of the war, the captain of a U-Boat surrendered at this fort. If you're heading to the beach anytime soon, this is a nice little UE side trip. Happy hunting.
