Not really. Like the paper mentions, there is the cemetary on the NW quadrant. (if you think about the area in terms of the RR running perpendicular to Main Street) The SW quad has a drafting supply store and houses, SE has houses and feed/farm supply store, NE quad has a transmission repair shop and houses. There are plenty of more interesting, and soon to be demo'd places, ie, studebaker.
