| | | | On the UEA site, each member chooses who is in their personal trusted group. It just means that person does not know you personally it is a pic of something that they are concerned could be troublesome.
Personally I only lock pics that are of my work or if someone in it asks me to or if it endangers people or property.
Everyone has their own personal critera.
