To most developers, it has no value, and is not a cool place, etc. They view it as taking up space for business. So, there goes the cool water tower for a wireless tower. Gimmie a break, they can't put the wireless tower somewhere else without the watertower interfering? The whole thing sucks the big one. At least they kept some of it up. :/
