| | Lost a compact flash card exploring in MD...anyone find it? < on 4/19/2006 5:11 PM >
| | | i went back to a fav location in maryland, and can tell it's been explored since i was there last. i lost a compact flash card there, and thought maybe someone on the board may have come across it. i would love to get it back. maybe a reward could be worked out. it's not a big card but it was full of pics i'd love to get back. in other news, i found a pair of binoculars on the grounds of walter reed yesterday. if anyone lost them, i will meet them and return them. of course, i will require you to identify exactly what they look like. they were in the grass and are obviously not artifacts. cheers and thanks.

| | | I was in MD the other day and I found a CF card. This one had pictures of somebody's butt and some abandoned buildings. Also looked like some cool tunnel or something. Was that yours?

Take the binoculars to the park police or the developers. They deal with lost and found very well:
As far as the card goes, I think it's time to start looking for a new one.

A nice earring? I lost my cell phone while exploring once... I think it fell out of my pocket while I was getting up from taking a nap - I was waiting for Roland to come out of a building! [last edit 4/21/2006 8:29 PM by -MisfitStyle- - edited 1 times]

I wish someone would find it. It's such a waste that no one is enjoying the damn thing.

| | | Lil-trouble lost her flashlight last night while we were splorin'. She realized before we were done and we weren't about to leave until we found it again. It had slipped out of her pocket while she was jumping up and into a window.

It's a public park during the day...

No, it was when you were looking for Justin and we had just come out of the tunnels... I was "resting my eyes." Then we left.

Ah, but it wasn't night. It was early evening, so we didn't need it until we went into the basement. I have done too much night exploration recently. The last time was Lakin a few months ago with Seicer and WVaExplorer. I can get better pictures during the day.

Oh, then. Actually I wasn't looking, I was laying down on the porch that whole time, around the other side of the building. Didn't fall asleep though.
