Apparently I blocked someone on my list, however I don't know how I did it. Could you show me how or talk me through on how to reverse this please?

Go to your messages thing. Click on "View/Edit blocked IM user list"

Thank you very much for telling me that. I wonder how I managed to block the guy because I don't even know where that feature is. Regardless Thanks alot for telling me how to undo the damage though.

When you get messages from people, there is a button at the top that says "block messages from this user". You may have pressed this by accident.

Can I change the subject for a minute? This is not new thread worthy. Recently I looked at my buddy list and a person who had not posted in over two years was on my list. How do you think she got there? Actually it said last seen over two years ago. N.

Do you mean your buddy list, or the list of "potential new buddies"?

Along these lines, is there any way to disable the messages I get that say, "Rochester Urban X Meet occurring in your area!" I don't want to block all events, just that one recurring event.

-INA

Colours, LINKS, images, etc are not allowed, text and LINKS only. Emphasis mine.

Yes, my actual buddy list, go figure. I removed them, I shouldn't have, it was my only buddy besides myself.

Yes, there should be a link within the message itself to disable any recurrences of that event.

Thats sad.... perhaps a name change to NoBuddy?

It actually reminds me of an old trucker joke.

A good buddy is a guy that goes to a hooker and gets two blow jobs and comes back to the truck and gives his co-driver one of them.

Way funny, it's all good now though I added myself a buddy. N.
