To anyone living in/near Kingston, you may have seen or heard about the apartments being constructed on the waterfront fairly near to city hall. My buddy and I went to check it out the other day and came up with some pretty neat photos. Vertigo! click to view Me from behind, on the roof. click to view The "Haunted Floor", that caused us to scurry back in fear at night. It creates a powerful wind tunnel, making a terrible ghostly noise. Plus, it's more derelict than the previous floors.
