If you have the code for the old version around still, you could offer both modes. It is incompatible with the new version. But the new version merely adds new features on top of the old version, such as better organization. Alot of times gmail doesnt pick up on "conversation" type emails that are replies back and forth, but this seems to work great. Is there a maximum amount of 20 messages or does it just show 20 per page? Deleting will return soon. Due to database restrictions I wasn't able to actually remove PMs you "Deleted" from the database before, so they would just become marked as deleted and would no longer appear in the list. Now, I will make it that you can delete an entire conversation. If both you and the other party delete the same conversation, it will be permanently removed from the database. If only one of you deletes it, it will remain in the database but only one person will be able to see it. This is the only way I can make this work. -av huskies - such fluff. So if you send a message to, say, IanK, it will only be in the database once. However, it will appear in two places: (1) in IanK's inbox, and (2) in your Sent box. If you hit "delete" on the message in your sent box, and it actually removed it from the database, it would also disappear from IanK's inbox. This is why I can't actually remove the records from the database until both parties have deleted it. That said, storage is cheap. Messages are tiny.
