Houston Train Yard

One of my friends who is an acoustical engineer sent me these photos. Thought it would be of some interest. Here's an excerpt from the email he sent me:

"In August I went to Houston for four days to conduct a site noise analysis at a place called ******. It's a former train yard maintenance facility with some buildings (red brick ones) well over 100 years old. Now it's run down and inhabited by bums. I ended up climbing one of the blue buildings several times to set up and retrieve equipment."

The only thing he asked of me was to not name the place. So even if you know it, please don't post it.

He missed one of the best spots. The view of downtown from southmost building's roof is absolutely money.

Thanks for posting the pics Ed...If you can, I'd appreciate the name of the place if you wanna PM it to me, I haven't been able to find any info on the place.
