| | | Hi everyone, I'm new to the forums but have been in to Urban Exploration for the past few years. I was curious as to whether or not there was any kind of UE groups located in the Birmingham area. I'm working on a project to document and photograph about 7 different locations in Downtown Birmingham but I don't know anyone else interested in photography and urban exploration to assist me. Is there anyone in the Birmingham area that would be interested in collaborating with me on this project? Some UE photos from Birmingham if anyone would be interested: http://homepage.mac.com/joshbillions/

| | | I'm from birmingham and could point you in some right directions on locations. the last time I flew in, the northeast side(fairfield, midfield, even close to bessemer, had some interesting factories and such, and from the plane, looked pretty close to vacant. but its hard to tell from a couple thousand feet up. living a thousand miles away I guess doesn't help much either, but there are some old faithfuls in the ham, and also within an hours drive, that aren't too widely explored
