I've been into urban exploration for about 6 years now...

Experience - 3 or so years probably
I love to explore whatever is around, mostly buildings and houses though. I tend to stick to Northern Virginia/Maryland, but have found myself in Delaware/PA.

| | | | I'm from Memphis, TN and have been exploring on and off for a couple years - one of my friends took me to the Veteran's Hospital, and since then I've just been slowly finding new locations.
So far, I've been to the Veteran's Hospital, the Sears Crosstown building, the Harahan Bridge, underneath the I-55 bridge, some random abandoned chop shop and its corresponding junkyard, and I've drained just a little bit in midtown.
I love to explore just for its own sake, but I love photography more so that's what I tend to do most of the time. I mainly use black & white and do my own developing and printing.
Any other memphis people on the boards at all?

Exploring about 10 years or so now.
I will explore anything but my soft spot is for state hospitals and large scale industrial sites.
Exploring is like tattoos... They stopped being cool in 2005
