|  | | | sorry if ever this was already mentionned, reparation money will arrive shortly ... could there be and option to make a gallery editable by all...for example, instead of having 4 different galleries by different creators all containing historical images, having ONE where different users could post all the historical images found on the net, reducing the clutter and one image galleries.
adding an "Let other users upload images in this gallery" option/button
would also be required.

If necessary, you could accumulate other people's historical photos into your own historical gallery and then ask them to delete theirs. Ask first, though.

| | | | Along the same idea I have recently updated a location that was lacking any useful history and added a gallery. The location was created before the trust system by someone who is not a Full Member or even active any longer as a Basic Member.
It might help keep the DB freshened if one could add a main picture or somehow adopt/assume custodialship of a location entry such as the one I mentioned. Have you given any thought to allowing "adoptions" or a secondary creator level?
This is not a pressing issue for me or anyone else I suspect and I have not considered any possible negative impact. Just a suggestion.
