| | | | my friends, i used to work @ Astroworld. i know that place like the back of my hand. As for the timing, i know that its going to be packed all through october. i'd wait until early november or so. The security isn't all that tight, and i know some ways in.

| | | | I first heard about this a few weeks ago and then saw it confirmed a few days back in one of my real estate newsletters. Pretty sad in alot of ways. I thought about posting something about it but wasnt sure about whether to or not in the public. From what I've heard from some Real estate people down there as it says it will close in october, then they tell me they will dismantle alot of stuff and haul out what they can by the through the first of the year. It appears theres buyers already in place so it wont be long before the dozers start. It does seem odd to me though that they are keeping the waterpark. Looks like could be a great spring break trip!
