It has multiple glossaries and tons of information that could be of use. Unfortunately, the good stuff is buried in a lot of other, less useful material about pollution control. If you feel like picking the wheat from the chaff, this document might be of some interest. I haven't really done much more than skim it, but there was certainly a fair bit in there worth reading if you appreciate doing drain research and understanding the systems and how they work. It's not as extensive as, say, a utility manual or something, but it's a lot more readable since it's designed for people who didn't go to school learning this crap.
