that is a new plastics factory that was established.. actually it is claimed to be low pollution.. apparently what comes out of a lot of those stacks is not toxic emissions... but who knows when it comes to large corporations what the real deal is.

The first picture is of the new Plastic factory, the 2nd picture is of the Shell oil refinery taken from distance, and the last pictures are of the Coastal Petroleum products plant.

As for the fumes, I don't know if they're supposed to be clean or not, but to me, yellow-brownish sulfur smelling smoke is for sure not clean ....
