Abandoned buildings in Sarnia

Does anyone know of any abandoned buildings in Sarnia? I've been through Holmes Foundry and thats about it. I've been going around looking for places, but I can never tell if it's abandoned or if the owner just doesn't take care of the place. Even one or two more sites would be an awesome help. Thanks.

Don't call it a comeback, I've been here for years.

I'm not sure how many people around here are from the area, or have spent time there. I know what you mean, though, about not being able to tell if a place is abandoned or not - mostly when it comes to houses. It's easier to scope them out in the winter time. No tracks? No owner.

I'm sure someone around here has the time to post some killer tips about finding out if a place is abandoned or not.
