Yeah pretty much.
But they (Va beach) really don't have anybody to blame but themselves. The navy has been telling them for years to curb growth and building in high jet noise area, but the city has done nothing. For all those that complain about the noise where their house is, maybee you shouldn't have built that house? Hmmn?

| | | theres a problem with that near a place where concerts go on all the time. when it went in people complained, but what happened after that? Houses were built closer and closer to it and they all STILL complain! I dont think its as much the noise as the traffic going in and out... but still, some of the people chose to live there themselves.

I just want go door to door in that housing development and punch the home owners in the face. When the Verizon in Va Beach was built it was 1.5 - 2 miles away from any residentual area. Nothing was around it but woods. Then those morons started building houses across the street from it and crying that it was loud.

| | | It just shows that many people are morons. Verizon did that one too? the one I referred to used to be Deer Creek, but then verizon bought it. my high school rents it every year for commencement... which is a problem, because they come second, meaning if someone wants a concert, they have to move the date to another time (which actually happened during my senior year)
