Saw this linked from BoingBoing the other day. Pretty cool, don't see too much Abandoned Castle UE!

Check it out: Gosford Castle

There are loads of them in Scotland and Ireland, i dont think we care too much to put them on uer because they are usually nothing but rubble, bricks and moss inside - but once im level 3 i do plan to add some of the more interesting ones

This one looks like it is in pretty good condition, considering...

I thought it was interesting. ;?

Chris...

We all had ostriches. My dad had an ostrich farm! I remember one day someone came in and said the high altitude bombing of Kosovo had been a limited success, so we all went out and celebrated… by killing an ostrich and boiling it in kiwi fruit.

I thought it was interesting. ;?

sorry, i didnt mean to give the impression that it wasnt interesting its just that when there is nothing but bricks and sometimes you even have to pay to have a guided tour of these castles (which i did with my school as a kid) its less exciting than a recently vacated hospital, for example

that said, i do personally like photographing them - ive even posted 2 photos in the photography forum recently of the place turbo linked above,
