Based upon pure rumors that I've heard, this began its life in the 1980's as a strip mall. Construction began with the area was expected to grow and prosper. The growth never panned out as expected, and the project was scrapped. The only thing completed was the outside rear wall, the roof, and a very small portion of the brickwork on the outside wall. This place has basically been trashed, with the interior of the structure filled with general debris from what appears to be from "illegal dumping". But there is a bit of good graffiti in the mix. Several full roll-outs, and some creative work, as well. Not a whole lot to see but interesting none the less. Looks like the graffiti artists incorporated the torn up pr0n lying all over the place into their work. Nice. Something about the outside almost looking like a completed mall but being overgrown and surrounded by grass. Outstanding!
