| | | i was wondering if anyone had any particular experience exploring in areas that contained asbestos. Apart from asbestos sheeting, what other forms of asbestos can you encounter? are some more prone to disbursing airborn particles than others? what should i look out for if there are no warning signs?

| | | Pretty much every location I've explored has had asbestos in it. My advice is don't risk it... just wear a respirator no matter where you go. It may look goofy, but it'll keep 99% of the asbestos out of your lungs. =] -Me!

| | | asbestos can be used in pipe insulation, concrete, as huge sheets, big blocks. also, look in the Encyclopedia I think a moderator should pin the best asbestos discussion that has hapened here to stop these repetitive posts. not saying that psymech did anything bad.
