|  | | | How long do you have to be a member to contribute to the ldb and or use it. Also, will the ldb tell you if the site is already there? I'm hoping that I am on the right board to ask these questions as I am new.

|  | | | You need to get Level 3 status before you can post to the LDB or see any of the more 'delicate' locations. There are a number of threads on this subject in the Forum Issues section, but to summarize, you'll need to participate here and ideally meet with other L3 explorers. Time since registration is not one of the criteria.
Sadly, there is no reference section at this site to explain all the usage and rules and stuff. To learn more you have no choice but to peruse all the old threads.

On a side not you can still post to the LDB which i think someone already said. Posting will help you get L3 easier.
