If you want to really browse the internet, get a phone that doesn't use a WEP browser (preferably a phone that uses a CDMA connection, GMA is a joke for data transfer). Wouldn't it be cool to be sitting in the barber shop or in the passenger seat of a car and read UER on your phone? This could also be useful when on a mission, as you could pull out your phone or PDA and look something up in the LDB or on the forum.
