What is it?
The green envelope starts a private message to the user under which it appears, and includes a quote of the message in which it was clicked, as well as a link to the original post.
Why?
Sometimes, someone posts something which has some off-topic content in it. Now, you'll be able to reply directly into a PM, without skewing the thread into off-topicness.
Will this new feature increase my sex life?
