The LDB and forums have already been secured to only Level 3 members. If you're level 3 and would like to see what it looks like, simply Log Out and then browse the site. You can also try the location database. Any member who has existing locations and/or photos in the LDB can not access them TEMPORARILY. Over the next few days I will implement a system that allows Level 2 members access to their own gals/stories/panos, etc. In the meantime: If you're not a Level 3 member yet, you may request access now.
