| | | While reduxzero was out here over the holidays, I couldn't help make fun of his jacket he brought for exploring... So I took some pictures of him to demonstrate... well, mostly just because it looked funny, but the point is reflective anything, even a little bit can give you away if you're hiding. Can you spot the explorer hiding ?
If we'd taken the pics later, when we met up with Kowalski on the island, at least he could have hid behind Kowalski's hair...

| | | No way, the Fro rocks. It got a truck full of girls asking Kowalski and I if we were free one night (though I think the cuter one was after me)...

| | | what if you were trying to infiltrate the factory where they made reflective tape? then i would imagine making a ghillie suit out of it would be usefull...... runs off to do it.

| | | Hey, that rain jacket was a bargain! Clearance rack at MEC, gotta love it. Too bad we never got around to infiltrating your spare room.

| | | I have a sky jacket with that same problem. WARM AS HELL, so you take a permanent black marker and go to town on it. Do that three or four times and the problem goes away.

| | | HOWEVER, if you have the right kind of reflective safety vest (e.g. with logo on it), it may halp in certain infiltration missions. For example, using an MTA safety vest when working the NYC Subways never makes the subway driver think twice if he sees you. Having that is much better than having dark clothing and being seen looking suspicious.

I found a CTA (Chicago Transit Authority) vest once while looking for buildings on my bike, I almost cried when I lost it before being able to use it.

| | | I have a NW airlines shirt with reflective striping. It would be useful accept for the obvious problems of being caught infiltrating an active airport...
