All my flashlights are from Wal-Mart. My leather gloves were Wal-Mart. My drain boots were from Canadian tire (and they have tons of nifty stuff besides) I know a lot of people on this forum hate Wal-Mart, and I'm not normally one to bow down to our corporate masters, but it's right near where I work, and so it's the only convenient place to shop afterwards. If you're in Quebec, http://www.lacordee.com has some good stuff. Mostly climbing gear, but Mokonax bought a headlight for cheap and it works rather well.
