Thanks to Speedboy and his excellent scouting, I was invited for a trip to the Toronto Power Company power plant. This generating station has been disused since the late 70's, and is incredible.

Wow! That's a whole lot of cool stuff. Gotta get to bed to work tomorrow (yes, on July 4th ) but I will be digging through the rest of the pictures tomorrow.

Props to Av, speedboy and crew for getting into what looks like a really cool place.

Check if there are tailraces to canoe/raft in. Ask Max Action for info about this interesting (and no-longer possible in Minneapolis) activity.
