|  | | | i got sent a link here by a friend, and im thoroughly impressed. as soon as my foot heals up (long story), ill be out doing a bit of urban exploration.
anyway, the point of this thread. you mentioned buildering on your site, and i was wondering if any of you guys do parkour? www.urbanfreeflow.com is you want more info, but its basically an extended range of buildering, including jumping, vaulting, flips, and of course climbing.

| | | | feel free to post a few messages on the forum for our site aswell, as its pretty much the only worldwide parkour scene. as i was told when i first joined, theres no attitude, and 'totally mellow vibes'! god knows what theyd been smoking that day, but it turns out to be truth. there are people all over the world that do parkour, and its possible there are some in your area, so come and find out!

I've been doing that kind of stuff since I was in grade 11 or 12 ('95/'96). We used to call it extreme freestyle street walking. :p
A couple guys from my ninjutsu group do it as well.
So far, I've increased my standing long jump to around 9 feet.
In addition to the moves listed above, there are many many other possibilities.
Wall-walks, slides, and of course, advanced tumbling (rolls/breakfalls/etc...)
