Some are already done, like the The Morrison Pavillion addition to Sigmund Samuel (Gerstein) Library. Others will be starting soon, and some are started, like the residences on St. George and Bloor. In any case, there will be something happening on campus over the next couple years. http://greatspaces.utoronto.ca/ Just click on the right side to pick the campus and browse the projects. There's one going from Convocation Hall towards McLennan Physical. The other one I'm not sure about. Some never participate. Life happens to them. They get by on little more than dumb persistence and resist with anger or violence all things that might lift them out of resentment-filled illusions of security. Im pretty sure no new tunnels are being built.
