| | | I would have made the 'ol moral/legal argument. "Yeah, what we're doing may be illegal, but I don't think it's actually, you know, morally wrong. We might be regularly breaking the law, but I think how we behave while we're doing it distinguishes us a little bit. We never steal, we never damage anything, we try not to do any harm at all... besides which many of the places we trespass, like drains or tunnels, are places that our tax dollars paid for, why shouldn't we be allowed to go check them out?" | | | I thought that the interview was great; Detroit was well spoken and did well on radio; but one thing stuck ; was Bill O'reilly you interviewer? His voice was identical! I kept waiting for "Coming up next on the Factor we have Detroit from TUM, he's about to enter the "NO spin" zone! I guess Canadians don't get FOX up there. The interviewer was fair and Detroit held his own. I thought that there would be some loaded questions but the gentleman was quite fair. Nice job Detroit. Had to wait a couple of days for the link; thanks Crossfire. 'Dukes edit; thanked the wrong person [last edit 9/18/2004 2:12 AM by 'Dukes - edited 1 times]

I was all prepared to make the moral/legal argument but it was alive interview and the time just flew by. I think I could have spent an hour discussing UE.
The end of the beginning is the beginning of the end. |
