Stumbled across these ruins on my way from another location in the area. Gorgeous location with a unique feeling. Really wish I could have seen it before the collapse

Nice location! I love perfectly intact factories, but to me this is the perfect amount of decay. Love the car shot!

UMEZ, we had the same story, this was an accidental sidebar on the way to another location down the road a piece. I initially stopped here because it looked like an easy place to meet up with FlyingWhale and GasMasque last Spring, on Good Friday, to be exact.
The plant was a furniture factory until it burned many years ago. The owner lives in town and goes by there often, but just to poke around. He had not done anything with the place as of last year and it looks like little has changed.
Are the boats still there??
The guy that owns the adjoining property is pretty cool, but his Dobe is (was?) kinda grumpy! She had free run of both properties, so we were lucky the Dobegirl was old and sticking close to her human.
(Tried to be sure not to duplicate your shots and sorry about the mark, I didnt take time to look for the unmarked set.)

Boats were still there. I think I have an idea of which location you all were going to, likely the same one I'm documenting currently! Was leaving that one to save some for another weekend and this one stopped and said hello. Never seen one in a condition like this and wanted to say hello. There's certainly no dogs there in the connecting property unless he fell down that 15 foot hole leading drain tunnels. Actually thought that building was abandoned until I got in and heard voices and got the hell out.
