1- As 1/31/14 he IS in custody per local authorities.
2- He skipped bail TWICE raising it from $0 to $5000, to $7500. Due to running now that he is in prison his bail is at $50,000.
3- If you look up his history he has had multiple charges unlike his "friend" said on here.
