Web episode from my exploration of Roggen, CO.

This episode features our exploration of Roggen, CO. Founded in 1908, Roggen is a semi-ghost town that appears to be headed back toward being occupied and active again. Just a few years ago, the number of abandoned structures outnumbered the number of residents. This was not the case when Dillon and I explored. We saw a resident out on the street, a few residents drove by in cars, and the formerly unoccupied buildings of downtown Roggen now appear to be in use again.

The main attraction for urban explorers to Roggen are the old auto care building and the old Prairie Lodge Motel. Both are easily accessible and make for a fun exploration. The Motel though has one room(Room 6) that appears to be being fixed up. This may be a sign that someone is wanting to fix up the entire building, so the Motel may only be an urbex option for a little while longer.
