I know.. I hope it doesn't.. but no one is budging on the outcome. I think the owner may wait for it to fully collapse so he has excuse to just tear it all down.
There's so much torn down already. Its sad.
I've seen the artist rendition of what they want to turn the place into, and it doesn't look like there's room for any of that heritage to remain there. ( even though at first they were talking about preserving SOME areas, it looks unlikely at this rate )
