The guy who wrote "Burn down the government. Destroy the system" in 27 is obviously Cody, based on "Fuck You Cody" being tagged right next to it. Cody is obviously the same person who wrote "Satan sleeps in my brain." There is also "Satan-Lucifer-666" written on a wall in the same hand writing, so Cody is obviously is all captain satanism to the point, the guy who wrote "Fuck You Cody" could tell Cody wrote that based on Cody's daily actions, and this guy is sick of Cody's amateur bullshit.

The other guy bullied Cody and made him all satanistic and now is just piling on and making fun of his victim, Cody. The reason he bullies Cody is up in the air but could be related to what is shown in example 1:
 This Image clearly portraying Shaquille O'Neal busting a nut in his face, which means he broke the backboards trying to cope with the horrors he felt from having a 7ft tall man do that to him. And the rest of the damage is because this guy is made that he can't ejaculate Taylor Gang.
