|  | | | I scouted this place out over the summer and put it on my bucket list of places to check out. A certain UER member agreed to go back there with me, even though there was a possibility that it could be a dead end. I'm glad he did. This place was incredible. It dates back to 1950 and is in incredibly good shape, aside from the INTENSE amount of black mold and the damage caused by someone who clearly had some sort of psychotic break in which he tore out every page of every Bible in the place, scattering the loose pages and smashing glass all over one of the wings. If the thought of a decomposing squirrel or a bag of urine that has leaked and crystallized into the shape of the tiles on the floor makes you squeamish, I might avoid looking through these pics. (heh, don't push the red button!)I will be posting better quality images from this location on my flickr.

| | | | It looks like it was really dark in a lot of places. From the mold it looks like a mask isn't necessary, but also gloves and a lot of hand sanitizer.
Would you be interested in going back some time? I'd like to check this place out. Hospitals are my absolute favorite.
