It could be BS, but there's supposedly an abandoned castle on an island South of Beacon.

I do know for a fact, there's an underground bunker on Iona Island.

i think i know which castle you're referring to, it was an arsenal at one point & is abandoned but they give tours of the island every so often.

There is quite a bit in the hudson valley though if you know where to look. & bing birds eye is a great resource, for me at least

Chris, the last thing you want to do is appear like a helpless beggar. Rephrase your question so you don't sound like a street bum crying out for pocket change and also go out and try and find stuff yourself instead of relying on everyone else to do the dirty work like a stereo typical Generation Y'er and your chances of finding someone to explore with will sky rocket.
