A few pics from a well known school. I visited it again recently to video it. Hopefully one day I'll get that up and the rest of the pics from there...

Photo #1 has a nice texture to it. Are you shooting with film, a high ISO, or adding that in post?

This is one of my favorite schools. Love your shot of the stage, Benched_it. Did you make it into the counselor's office? There were so many wasps the last time I was there...I'm wanting to go back in the cooler weather to check it out.

Pardon the lousy cell phone pics but I want to add a few of mine into the mix! I was pretty disappointed by the lack of dinosaur hand-outs that seemed to have been in the classroom when it was still operational ;)

I've never shot film in my life Ken and I rarely if ever shoot over a 400 ISO. Everything was done in post. I don't really like all of them because some are over edited, but I wanted to salvage them so I edited them to where I could live with them...

You got some really nice pics SGA! I checked the offices and luckily I didn't have any problems with wasps. I agree with you about this place being one of my favorites! : )

Nice job, Benched. I really like your first one.

BOOOOO to the wasps and to the lack of dino handouts, SGAmazed. That one peeking in at the desks through the glass is really great!

I absolutely love this place. I've been multiple times, though the first time through we didn't notice the extremely easy POE and spent a bit of time wandering before climbing through a window. A friend of mine from NY actually came in and filmed a music video here (no location revealed, though, no worries).

If you're from around the area this school is located, there's another good school around half an hour away; really creepy place, but the architecture isn't quite as interesting as this one. Fantastic shots! I especially like the tone of the first one.

Funny, I stuck my head in here briefly a few days ago too. Looks about the same as always. What strikes me about this place is how much destruction there is, both from vandalism and from the elements, but how little graffiti there is (except for those spray paint covered bathrooms, of course).

Excellence was found throughout.

"Are you happy now with all the choices you've made?" "Are there times in life when you know you should've stayed?"
"Will you compromise and then realize the price is too much to pay?" "Winners and losers... which one will you be today?"
