Huge abandoned factory/office building germantown MD

so this is primarily the first place me and my friends actually "explored" its an enormous comsat/ viasat building. there's a large banner inside that says lockhead martin so im assuming that its their old building. its definitely worth the time to search around. in parts there are 2 main floors, in other parts there are 5 and there is a huge and very maze like basement. there's a special way to get in, but there are no "no trespassing" anywhere. occasionally there is quite a bit of activity outside the building but no one ever goes in and you can park in the front lot and not even have an eye glance at your car suspiciously. if anyone is interested in checking it out i can provide a lot more details that you will most likely need.

Lockheed-Martin bought (oh, excuse me, "merged with") COMSAT, including COMSAT Laboratories, which operated the Clarksburg site in the late 1990s, and over about the next decade, broke it up & sold it off.

There should certainly be some pretty interesting rooms within the structure. I've passed it dozens of times on I-270 but never took a close-up look, so please do keep exploring & share your findings.

funny...I saw this place when i was driving down 270 last weekend and starting looking into it. It looked abandoned, but records say that Lockheed has kept up rental payments I believe?

I'd definitely want to see some pics of this place if you actually went inside.

Is this a trap? It sounds kind of like a trap. Post photos so we know you're not baiting us, huh?

kinda what I thought too. It definitely looks abandoned, but something just seems off about it as well.
