Great pictures my friend, though I would suggest posting these in the appropriate regional forums.

Welcome to UER, enjoy your stay!! Keep the pics flowing

The Durango '95 purred away a real horrowshow - a nice, warm vibraty feeling all through your guttiwuts. And soon it was trees and dark, my brothers, with real country dark.

Yes, bring it over to the Pacific Southwest regional forum. We'd love to see you there!

Great pictures, missile sites are the best.

Good stuff. If you're really into tracking a lot of them down and checking out everything in between, this is a great resource - http://www.fortwiki.com/Fort_Wiki

The guy that runs it is very cool.

Not sure if the Nike sites are on there too , but I believe there is another website for those.

Welcome to the forums.

Once while I was on vacation in Delaware I visited some bunkers that looked a lot like #8, only it was closed, as it was part of this park open to the public.

Welcome to UER!

Nothing would ever change; nothing new could ever be expected. It had to end, and it did. Now in the dark world where I dwell, ugly things, and surprising things, and sometimes little wondrous things, spill out in me constantly, and I can count on nothing

The doors are always open at that site (image #3) -- it's the former storage magazine, & if I recall right, generator room, for the WW-II era (& in-use until phased out by the nearby Nike site) Anti Aircraft Artillery that was nearby. During the 1960s, the structures were re-used by the USCG, which had an HF radio receiver station on the property.
