And even if it was, there is a difference between name dropping something on a site people barely look at and name dropping something on UER. I don't agree with either, but I feel it's worse on this site.

"I am with the Trans-Allegheny Lunatic Asylum in Weston, WV, and we submitted our expression of interest to the state of New Jersey. However, Quinn is quoted saying all those plans would involve "some state aid or subsidy," which is not true. The Kirkbride we are preserving is 100% funded through tourism. I'm also not sure how much it would cost to totally abate and renovate the Kirk, but the last official estimate I have heard of was just around 100 million dollars. Demolition was around 35 mil. You would need quite a few visitors to make up that 65 million dollar deficit.
Best case scenario, admin gets saved and the wings get demolished.

According to a friend in NJ, the land has already been sold, so the best we can do is hope that the person who owns the land has an extremely miraculous change of heart and decides to preserve it.
