The Warrior of the 1950s. Back then the tomahawk arm would hack at the air.
Nothing says desperation like a bloody cigarette filter... 
...and a ripped up mattress
Bonus pic: Taken in the same area while hiking. Bloodflower, I think?
Okay one more bonus picture just since it's basically right across the street from the motel and who can resist an overflowing dam?

Thanks PressingLeap, I like including background info when I can. There's a lot of interesting history about this type of old motel, and the travel culture around them. I even found Punchy's blog while I was reading up on the topic, he wrote a nice article about it!

I love the shots HW, The vintage cars and neon in the first pic is wonderful. Am also sweet on the dew drops on the blood flower in the bonus pic, You are making me envious. Heroine addiction must be Hell, I feel for those folks. You've got some excellent work, cant wait to see what's next!

The beds in the 3rd pic look like they ACTUALLY might fit me, without my feet/legs hanging off the end.
That's a very rare thing for me, I usually have to ask for a king size bed and then sleep diagonally across it.
I get so jealous when I see mattresses that big 
Also, dam, nice pic.
Give a person a match and they'll be warm for a minute, but light them on fire and they'll be warm for the rest of their life. =) |

And yeah meth is a lot more common than heroin up here, but either way, the fun times are usually long gone by the time you're washing out spoons. Not a very fulfilling life.

Therrin - thanks man. Now I hate to ruin your day, but your jealousy is misplaced. The expanse of mattress in pic 3 is because the top one is flipped up, not because they are any longer. I think it says in the rulebook that ginger yeti feet must always hang off the mattress - sorry.
